Purchasing Firearms and Ammunition with Montana 406 Rifle Hui Hui (M406RHH)

Firearms Purchase Guidelines
Montana 406 Rifle Hui Hui sells firearms and ammunition in strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. To purchase firearms from us, please review the following steps and restrictions:
Verify Compliance with Laws
Ensure the product complies with your state, county, or city firearm laws before purchase.
Complete Your Online Purchase
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a status update within two business days, call us at 406-266-1923.
Locate an FFL Dealer
Arrange for the transfer of your firearm through a local Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, such as a gun shop, pawn shop, or gun range.
For NFA items, ensure the dealer can handle NFA transfers.

Providing FFL Information:
If the chosen FFL is not on our list, have them email their license to ffl@m406rhh.com.
Include your name and order number in all correspondence.
If no FFL is provided, we will select one near your shipping address. We are not responsible for fees or policies of an FFL selected on your behalf.
Coordinate with Your FFL Dealer
Contact your FFL dealer to notify them about the transfer from Montana 406 Rifle Hui Hui. This transaction is between you and the FFL holder.
Inspect the Firearm Upon Arrival
Upon delivery to the FFL, inspect the firearm before completing the necessary paperwork. Issues must be reported during the inspection period. Once the transfer is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply for any subsequent issues.

Restrictions

California: Handguns must be on the Approved List; assault weapons must be CA Approved.
Connecticut: No semi-auto rifles.
Maryland: Class 01 FFL Dealer only; restrictions on assault weapons.
Massachusetts: No handguns; restrictions on assault weapons.
New Jersey: Class 01 FFL Dealer only; restrictions on assault weapons.
New York (including NYC): No assault weapons; no handguns.
Washington, D.C.: No firearms.
Ammunition Purchase Guidelines:
Federal law requires you to be: 18 years or older for shotgun ammunition.
21 years or older for handgun and rifle ammunition.
Shipping Restrictions:
We ship ammunition via UPS Ground (no third-party shippers).
Ammo must be purchased separately from firearms in a separate order.
Adult signature required for orders over $100 shipped to residential addresses.
Ammunition Restrictions by State:
Illinois: FOID and State ID required.
Connecticut: AEC or Pistol Permit and State ID required.
Chicago, IL / Cook County, IL / Los Angeles, CA / Oakland, CA / San Francisco, CA / Sacramento, CA: Ammo requires an FFL.
Massachusetts (statewide): Ammo requires an FFL.
New York City: No ammo sales.
Washington, D.C.: No ammo sales.
Other Restrictions:
Air Guns: Restricted in Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, and New York.
Blackpowder Firearms: Restricted in Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, and New York.
Large-Capacity Magazines: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York: 10-round limit.
New Jersey: 15-round limit.

Additional Information
Refunds & Cancellations: Firearm sales are final. Cancellations prior to shipping incur a restocking fee.
